Westfield Century City

  • 700,000 sf GLA / $1 Billion

  • Multi-award winning project

The $1 billion makeover of Westfield Century City has created an open-air garden retreat unlike any other in Los Angeles. Everything about the property’s design is meant to surprise, capturing the essence of Los Angeles and the outdoor Southern California lifestyle and providing a sense of “easy elegance” through a design that channels mid-century modern architecture, coupled with a Mediterranean flair.

The architecturally patterned and layered facades incorporate an elegant composition of materials with monumental portals which highlight the richness and warmth of the interior ambiance beyond. A signature parking and valet experience ease the customer transition. Once inside, customers enjoy hospitality level layered courtyards that pay homage to the Mediterranean climate, with reflecting pools, Moroccan-inspired tile, rich wood slatted trellises as well as art, ceramic, and sculptural pieces specially commissioned for the property. At the heart of Century City sits the Atrium, a grand new space for live events and entertainment.
